HomeGrown, Bentonville's daytime eatery, is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to prepare all menu items with care and precision. Join a high-volume, scratch kitchen and maintain strict standards for presentation, quality, and cook times.

You will learn recipes, work across kitchen stations, and help ensure timely, consistent service while staying on schedule and contributing to a culture of kindness.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day.
• Mobility and ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to HomeGrown's recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work, following recipes exactly as written.
• Set up workstation at start of shift.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
