HomeGrown, a daytime eatery in Rogers, AR, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, seeks a Prep Cook to support our scratch kitchen and help us deliver high-quality breakfast and brunch. You will learn recipes, maintain product standards, and contribute to a warm, friendly dining experience.

Our team values kindness, reliability and growth. You’ll join a close-knit kitchen that finishes work by 3:30 pm and participates in community-focused dining.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Clear reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Attention to detail in food prep and plating.
• Ability to move and handle kitchen items safely.
• Mobility to stand and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Prep work and cook station support as assigned.
• Maintain high standards for product presentation, quality and cook times.
• Learn and work across kitchen departments as needed.
• Assist with daily cleaning and sanitation per guidelines.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared according to HomeGrown recipes.
