ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. You will follow production sheets and maintain high standards of food quality.

The role requires at least 1 year of professional cooking experience or an equivalent education background. You will work a 7:00 am - 3:30 pm schedule with weekend shifts, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill prep lists and food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events according to production sheets.
• Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and safety to meet HACCP and SOP requirements.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company and government guidelines.
• Assist with ingredient inventory and communicate discrepancies to management.
