Eggs Up Grill Riverview is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, allowing you to be home for dinner. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role and a valid ServSafe Manager Certificate.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervision/manager role in a kitchen.
• ServSafe Manager Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes.
• Read and manage tickets to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all BOH workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team.
• Manage inventory and place food orders.
• Support catering orders if morning orders arise.
• Execute all menu items on grill stations.
• Train and communicate clearly with team members.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication.
