Job summary

Eggs Up Grill Riverview is hiring for a dual role: Front-of-House Shift Manager and Server. The position offers a full-time schedule with 40 to 45 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, and pays weekly. You will manage shift operations, assist as server, and support catering coordination as needed.

Experience in full-service dining, strong customer service, and reliable transportation are required. State regulations and Safe Serve knowledge are expected; annual pay is negotiable based on

Qualifications

• 18+ months of full-time managerial experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a Manager Safe Serve or equivalent with understanding of state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations for both food service and serving duties.
• Serve as server when needed and earn tips.
• Oversee catering prep, coordination and delivery as required.
• Manage scheduling and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Coordinate front-of-house tasks across server, busser and host roles.
• Support local marketing/campaigns with nearby businesses.
• Ensure prompt guest and team issue resolution and maintain high service standards.
