The Nutrition Group is seeking a substitute food service worker to support the Montrose Area kitchen on an as-needed basis. Shifts are daylight hours, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities include cooking and food preparation, portioning, serving, sanitation in line with USDA and state guidelines, and basic cash handling. This role emphasizes reliability and opportunity to learn and grow within the position.

Formación

• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to read recipes and basic math skills required.
• A positive and consistent work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A willingness to learn and grow within your position
• Food service experience preferred
• Computer literacy preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Cooking and food preparation.

• Assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls.
• Operating a cash register/money handling.
