Job summary

Swig Carmel in the Indianapolis area is hiring daytime Team Members to craft drinks and food, greet guests with a smile, and keep dining spaces spotless. You’ll follow Swig’s procedures, handle prep and stocking, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced environment where every customer feels valued.

Shift times run 7am–3pm on weekdays; must be at least 16 years old and able to work as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a smooth experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
