Job summary

Swig is looking for daytime Team Members to help craft drinks and foods, greet guests, and maintain a clean dining area. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, contribute to great guest experiences, and participate in company rapid-growth culture.

Must be at least 16, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work 7am–3pm on weekdays. Prior restaurant exposure is a plus, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required or in process.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas and workspaces spotless and organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper food rotation.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance guest experience.
