Job summary

Swig is looking for daytime Team Members in Indianapolis to help deliver happy moments in every cup. You’ll greet guests, craft drinks, keep spaces clean, and support guests with a friendly, efficient service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to work 7am–3pm on weekdays. A food handler’s permit and reliable transportation are preferred. Earn $12–$14 per hour including tips in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance guest experience
• Follow company policies to uphold standards
• Perform other duties as needed
