Job summary

Swig is hiring for daytime Team Members. The role supports drinks, food prep, order accuracy, and guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You’ll greet guests, maintain cleanliness, and assist with to-go orders, while upholding safety standards and Swig’s values.

Ideal candidates provide friendly service, strong communication, and reliability. Must be able to work 7am–3pm on weekdays and enjoy a collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining rooms, outdoor areas, and workspaces clean.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging for efficiency.
• Handle to-go and delivery orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
