Job summary

Swig in Schererville, IN is seeking daytime Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will greet guests, prepare drinks and food, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area throughout daytime hours from 7am to 3pm.

This entry‑level role benefits from tips, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth within a fun, high-energy environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve drinks and foods following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with orders.
• Keep dining areas, outdoor spaces and workstations clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to maintain efficiency.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
