Job summary

The Donut Haus in Loveland, CO is seeking a skilled Baker to join our kitchen team. The Donut Baker will prepare and bake a variety of donuts, ensuring consistent quality and creative decoration.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, operating ovens and fryers, inspecting quality, and maintaining sanitation standards. Full-time and part-time roles available; pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification is a plus.
• Experience in bakery or donut production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Baking: Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters according to recipes.
• Roll, cut, and shape dough to form donuts.
• Operate and monitor baking equipment, such as ovens and fryers, ensuring proper temperature and timing.
• Fry, bake, and decorate donuts with glazes, icings, sprinkles, and other toppings.
• Quality Control: Inspect donuts for quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Adjust recipes and processes as needed to maintain product quality.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and tools after use and or at the end of your shift.
