Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring for a daytime Team Member (Hourly) in Moore, OK. The role supports Service, Sandwich Line and Production, delivering friendly guest service and fast, accurate order processing.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders on POS, preparing food, keeping the dining area clean, and following safety guidelines. Daytime shifts 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; availability Monday–Saturday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable daytime availability to work daytime shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
• Weekend daytime availability is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
• Current student, or high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to follow verbal & written directions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to count cash and make change accurately, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders; operate POS systems; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages according to standards; ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean dining area and restock as needed; follow food safety guidelines.
• Follow Manager in Charge instructions to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth restaurant operations and high-quality service.
