Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring a Daytime Team Member (Hourly) in Texas. The role supports front-line operations across service, sandwich line, and production, with duties including greeting guests, taking orders, handling POS, and maintaining a clean dining area.

The position requires daytime availability (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork. 16+ and customer service experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable daytime availability including mornings and afternoons.
• Weekend daytime availability is a plus.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Must count cash and make change if applicable.
• Food handler certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take orders, operate POS, and help guests with kiosks.
• Maintain clean dining areas and reset tables for new guests.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standards and order accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
