Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring for a daytime Team Member position in Oklahoma City. The role supports front-line dining, serving guests, taking orders, and keeping the dining area clean. Must be 16+, with reliable daytime availability and a can-do attitude.

Training and growth opportunities within Operations are offered. Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $13, with flexible daytime hours including mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable availability to work daytime shifts, including mornings, lunch, and afternoon hours.
• Weekend daytime availability is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
• Current student, or high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to follow verbal & written directions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to count cash and make change accurately, if applicable.
• Must have or be willing to obtain required food handler’s certification for respective state/local area, if applicable.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately take orders and operate POS systems; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages according to standards for order accuracy and quality.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests politely and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positive energy.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and reset tables for new guests.
• Follow instructions from MICs to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain sanitation.
