Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is seeking a daytime Culinary Manager for a shift running from 7:30am to 3pm, with no night work. This award-winning concept offers a better balance between work and life, and a role focused on leading a kitchen team to deliver properly seasoned, cooked, plated, and delivered dishes expeditiously.

Responsibilities include managing one shift, ensuring policy compliance, coaching staff, and maintaining a professional kitchen atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.
• Enthusiastic leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohesive work culture between FOH, BOH and management team.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training are followed.
• Manage compliance with health and fire regulations.
• Achieve objectives in sales, ticket times, plate presentations and training.
• Recruit and hire exceptional team members.
