Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is seeking a daytime restaurant manager to lead a single shift from 7:30am to 3pm, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations. You will oversee FOH and BOH teams, conduct inventories, and manage performance-based compensation with transparency.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.
• Professional verbal & written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift; no double shifts when closing at 3.
• No open/close shifts for managers.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Transparent on financial performance for performance-based compensation.
• Utilize fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Provide timely, helpful support and avoid intruding on personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within states we operate in.
