The Turning Point LLC is seeking a daytime restaurant manager in Newtown Square, PA. The role centers on managing a single daytime shift from 7:30am to 3pm, with no late shifts, ensuring smooth FOH and BOH operations and transparent financial performance.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.
• Professional verbal & written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift.
• No close/open shifts for managers.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
