Qualifications

Previous cooking experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Do simple arithmetic for portions and counts.
Able to follow oral and written directions.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods.
Dependable and punctual.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Follow all safe food handling requirements.

Responsibilities

Following standardized recipes and writing menus.
Ensuring meals meet quality standards and are timely prepared.
Managing ordering, receiving, storing, and inventory control of perishables per procedures and HACCP standards.
Controlling waste and optimizing portions.
Using time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Performing related duties as assigned by leadership.
