maintains a consistent presence in Food Service Management's Top 25 companies. Lead Food Service Aide-No Nights or Weekends is based in Lodi, Wisconsin, with a shift from 6:30am to 2:00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to do simple arithmetic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to follow all safe food handling requirements.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals with correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow and complete production sheets.
• Meet daily workload deadlines.
• Store or discard excess food per safety procedures.
• Set up and tear down workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.
• Understand and utilize FIFO.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
