Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs (CSPNJ) in Atlantic City seeks a daytime Team Lead to supervise Outreach Workers and guide street outreach efforts targeting unsheltered individuals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related outreach or social services experience.
• Knowledge of HMIS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daytime outreach team and coordinate with Outreach Workers.
• Engage unsheltered individuals through street outreach in Atlantic City.
• Assess needs and connect clients to housing and health services.
• Collaborate with partners to implement housing and service solutions.
