Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a human services field.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with adults with IDD, behavioral health diagnoses, or substance use recovery needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, supervision, and support to Street Outreach staff.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure services meet funding requirements.
• Coordinate services with Community Connections, Street Outreach teams, and partners.
• Support staff in handling complex client situations and housing barriers.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of staff.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and program reporting.
