Eligible applicants should be 16+, have strong communication skills, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 pounds. Training includes food safety certification within 30 days for IL employees.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen; knife skills a plus.
• Able to handle common allergens (peanuts, dairy, gluten, etc.).
• Team player and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; 10 pounds frequently.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Follow health and safety standards; restock food line and supplies.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts efficiently.
• Operate cash register; balance and handle cash procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints; handle delivery orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
