Job summary

AXL Global Consulting seeks a Dayforce WFM Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and integration of Dayforce Workforce Management for clients. You will analyze needs, run workshops, configure modules, and provide training to ensure accurate time tracking, scheduling, and compliance within Dayforce.

The role is full-time and remote across the USA or Canada with opportunities to collaborate across client teams and partners. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0
• 3–5 years of implementing Dayforce HCM with Workforce Management specialization.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and configure Dayforce accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce management requirements and regulatory compliance for clients.
• Gather detailed functional and technical requirements for Dayforce WFM configuration.
• Configure Dayforce WFM to client needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dayforce WFM with other HCM modules.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations.
• Provide training to client stakeholders on Dayforce WFM functionalities.
• Produce project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
