Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, CS, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of Dayforce HCM payroll implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes, business requirements, and regulatory compliance needs.
• Configure Dayforce Payroll based on client requirements and best practices.
• Manage data migration activities to ensure accurate and timely transfer of payroll data into Dayforce.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and accuracy of configured payroll processes.
• Conduct system integration testing with other modules within Dayforce HCM.
• Provide comprehensive training to client stakeholders on using Dayforce Payroll effectively.
• Act as a SME to address client queries and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Create project plans and timelines for implementation activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Document configuration decisions, processes, and any customizations.
• Prepare status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Dayforce Payroll updates, features, and industry best practices.
