Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Integration Data Management Senior Consultant to support Dayforce integration and data management efforts across HR and payroll ecosystems. You will work with project teams and client stakeholders to design interfaces, map data, and validate conversions, ensuring smooth data flows and robust data quality.

The role requires experience with HR/payroll data structures, APIs, and middleware, plus strong communication and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human capital management platforms.
• Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware used in system integrations.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes.
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting.
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance practices in enterprise environments.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce integration and data management workstreams by gathering requirements, documenting interface specifications, and assisting with solution design.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation to support data conversion, migration, and ongoing interfaces.
• Support development and testing activities for integrations, data exchanges, and data management processes across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with project teams and clients.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training for deployment and operation readiness.
