Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an Application Specialist to ensure Dayforce applications run optimally and meet end-user needs. You will provide technical support, guide customers, and train users while collaborating with developers to resolve issues across US payroll, tax, and benefits modules.

Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus. You will stay current with product features, maintain knowledge bases, and expand cross-team collaboration to deliver superior customer service and timely issue

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual in English and French a plus.
• Experience supporting US payroll, taxes, year-end processes, and benefits administration preferred.
• Willingness to learn and support Global payroll processes (CAN, APJ, MAU, etc.) and cross-train across HCM modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to using AI-driven tools to enhance problem-solving and efficiency.
• Commitment to customer service and timely follow-up through issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot Dayforce application issues.
• Answer questions and guide customers on effectively using Dayforce software.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Deliver customer guidance, training, and ongoing support.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support self-service.
• Stay current with Dayforce features and communicate updates to customers.
• Clarify service scope and discuss requests outside standard offerings.
• Expand knowledge of Dayforce and related HR modules to meet evolving needs.
