Dayforce is seeking an Application Specialist to ensure Dayforce software runs smoothly for US payroll customers, provide technical support, and train end users. You will work with Salesforce to track cases and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
The role requires strong English communication, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a willingness to learn global payroll processes across HCM modules. You will stay current with feature updates and help promote customer success.

An Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring that a particular software application is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of its end‑users by providing technical support, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance.
