Job summary

INNOOVA seeks an Integration Lead to shape integration strategy for Dayforce, run client workshops, and turn complexity into clarity for non-technical stakeholders. This hands-on leadership role blends advisory work with real build activity, offering fast impact and ownership from day one.

You will partner with clients to design data integrations, lead multi-project delivery, and translate requirements into clear technical specs across payroll, HR, and vendor data.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Dayforce studio integration experience with payroll/HR data.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for client stakeholders (technical/non-technical).
• Experience leading complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and deliver Dayforce data integrations and go-lives.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery across concurrent projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and file mappings.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks; communicate status clearly.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and validate integration outputs for clients.
