Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead Dayforce configuration, data integrity, and reporting across multiple locations. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to implement scalable HCM processes aligned with the company’s uplift values.

The role focuses on system ownership, rollout strategy, and ongoing administration to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations across CO offices and clubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience, including Dayforce implementations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Deep DayForce HCM configuration knowledge including payroll, time & attendance, benefits, core HR
• Experience leading end-to-end HRIS implementations across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for Dayforce configuration and data integrity
• Lead Dayforce implementation roadmap and phased rollout
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment and payroll rules in Dayforce
• Provide expert Dayforce guidance to HR, Payroll, and People Operations teams
• Partner with IT and Dayforce partners for integrations and deployments
• Oversee administration: user access, security roles, workflows, configurations
• Build HRIS reporting and dashboards for people analytics and decision making
• Train HR and Operations end users during Dayforce rollout
