Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager, HRIS to own our Dayforce systems strategy and lead the HRIS team, including the offshore analyst in the Philippines. You will partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into practical solutions and manage system changes with discipline.

You’ll oversee testing, UAT, documentation, and global HRIS strategy, ensuring a reliable single source of truth for people data across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dayforce administration and configuration experience.
• Experience mentoring direct reports, including remote or offshore staff.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into pragmatic MVP-focused technical solutions.
• Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within Dayforce.
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity environments.
• Knowledge of core HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with documentation discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Dayforce systems strategy and set direction for module configurations (Core HR, Time & Attendance).
• Directly manage the offshore Dayforce HRIS Analyst, including workload prioritization and performance management.
• Serve as final approver for sensitive changes and escalation of complex configuration decisions.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT; communicate status and risks proactively.
• Translate business requirements into MVP solutions with phased enhancement sequencing.
• Govern integrations with IT and Security, ensuring clear ownership and monitoring.
• Oversee testing and UAT for system upgrades and new modules; ensure defects are triaged and resolved.
• Maintain documentation as a single source of truth for requirements and configuration.
• Support global HRIS strategy involving international entities and Dayforce integrations.
