Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the technical and functional expert for Dayforce and other HR systems. You will own system administration, integrations, reporting, analytics, data governance, and user enablement to deliver workforce insights and enhance the employee experience.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions, optimize processes, and deliver accurate data to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years progressive HRIS/HR tech experience including admin/ops.
• Experience administering and optimizing an HRIS; Dayforce preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS concepts: configurations, workflows, security, reporting, integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions and leading implementations.
• Strong reporting and analytics; KPI development and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HRIS administration, configuration, maintenance and support.
• Serve as primary technical and functional contact for HRIS inquiries and escalation.
• Configure modules, workflows, security, notifications, forms, dashboards, and settings.
• Evaluate vendor releases and support testing and implementation.
• Monitor performance; improve reliability, usability, and adoption.
• Maintain documentation of HR systems, configurations, and processes.
• Translate objectives into functional/technical specs with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Lead HR technology projects through full lifecycle and documentation.
• Provide training and develop user guides for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure access control, data protection, and compliance; support audits.
