Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and lead the classroom with confidence. You will mentor fellow teachers and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote growth in preschoolers.

You will manage routines, uphold licensing standards, and collaborate with families to support each child's achievement. This is a full-time position with a stable weekday schedule.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $17.53-$18.21
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
