Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners in a nurturing classroom in Virginia.

You will mentor fellow teachers, design engaging learning experiences, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards. You will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and achievement while contributing to the center’s success.

Qualifications
