Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Lead Teachers to guide learning, growth, and play in our child care centers. You’ll create engaging lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build strong relationships with families, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and help children thrive indoors or outdoors through active, age-appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
