Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom, develop engaging lessons, and mentor fellow teachers.

You will lead in classroom management, implement the curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, and build meaningful relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support every child's growth. Applicants must be at least 18 and ready to engage in indoor and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center policies.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
