Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks a energetic Lead Teacher to inspire young learners at our Virginia child care center. You’ll plan engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure a joyful, safe classroom daily.

You’ll lead curriculum implementation, manage the classroom, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families and supporting student growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
