Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher who will guide classroom activities and mentor fellow teachers. You will create engaging learning experiences and lead curriculum implementation to support preschool growth.

You will build strong relationships with families and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines while promoting a safe, stimulating center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
