Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire preschoolers while mentoring fellow teachers. You will drive engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and ensure safety and licensing compliance.

You will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's progress and the center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
