Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Montana hires Day Treatment Aides to provide trauma-informed supervision and support for youth in our day treatment program. You will help implement individualized treatment plans and maintain a safe, structured environment.

The role requires building strong therapeutic rapport, maintaining professional boundaries, and working with a treatment team. Starting pay is $17.12–$19.27 per hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Background checks: criminal and child abuse registry as required by Montana.
• Education options: HS diploma/GED with 2 years youth work or a BA in a mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized intervention plans based on assessments.
• Provide direct care and supervision for youth in day treatment.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to implement comprehensive plans.
• Create and maintain documentation in the EMR.
• Support PQI goals and agency outcomes as a team member.
• Adhere to policies, safety requirements, and procedures.
