Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.

• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality supervision, care and treatment for youth and assist in planning direct care and activities.
• Collaborate with youth on individual treatment goals and document results.
• Implement established treatment plans and participate in development of discharge plans.
• Facilitate support groups and supervise family visits; monitor youth activities.
• Safely operate vehicles for client transport and travel as needed.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning and hygiene supervision.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to supervision and training.
