Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Day Treatment Aide to provide trauma-informed, age-appropriate support to youth in a day treatment setting at the Boulder campus. The role focuses on supervision, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining a safe, structured environment.

Starting pay ranges from $17.12 to $19.27 per hour, based on education and experience. Strong communication and documentation skills, teamwork, and adherence to agency safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

  • 21 years old or older.
  • Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: pass background check as required by Montana.
  • High School Diploma or GED & 2 years of experience with youth in a similar setting or environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mental health related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized intervention planning based on assessments and evidence-based strategies.
  • Provide direct care and supervision for youth in day treatment school setting.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and educators to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Create and conduct documentation in the EMR.
  • Support agency goals and participate in PQI initiatives.
  • Adhere to policies, safety requirements, and organizational procedures.
