Starting pay is $19.78 per hour with schedules from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The position emphasizes teamwork, supervision, and adherence to company policies while maintaining high service quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years janitorial/building maintenance or related experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customer(s)
• Training skills to provide clear instruction on basic processes and safety
• Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
• English communication (Spanish as needed)

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work with crews
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service
• Recruit and staff employees with manager support
• Train, motivate, and supervise site/store leads and crew members
• Schedule crew members to ensure adequate staffing
• Perform quality control inspections and audits
• Ensure cleanliness standards and safety compliance
• Document performance issues and initiate corrective action
• Conduct nightly quality control inspections and training
• Report safety/security issues and equipment damage
