Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Zone Manager to lead operations for a designated zone. The role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, and ensuring compliance with standards across sites.

The position requires hands-on leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to coordinate staffing and vendor resources to meet contract commitments. Regular travel within the zone is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience with janitorial or building services preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal compliance standards.
• Experience managing staffing levels within budgets and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within zone.
• Perform visits with customer district and regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Visit accounts and review audits; submit findings.
• Ensure buildings are supplied and respond to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create delivery plans and source/schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office on time.
• Provide backup crew support in emergencies.
