Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead janitorial projects across multiple sites in Michigan. This full-time role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a 6am–12pm shift. The position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage a team and deliver reliable facilities services.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage work with and lead a team in a complex task-oriented environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including time management and prioritization.
• Ability to resolve requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing facilities escalations resolution.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules.
• Perform floor surfaces and carpet cleaning, carpet extractions, wash windows.
• Move furniture and supplies, monitor safety and use of chemical cleaners.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and reports are documented.
