Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled heavy equipment operator to support operations in Conroe, Texas. The role involves operating front-end loaders, loading trucks, and stocking materials safely and efficiently to meet production needs.

You will perform daily inspections, keep work areas clean, and follow safety procedures while communicating with team members and supervisors. Starting pay is $23.00–$24.00 per hour DOE, with 401(k) and competitive benefits.
