Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a reliable equipment operator to haul raw materials safely at the plant or quarry.

You will perform pre-shift inspections, maintain equipment, monitor loads, and communicate with teammates and supervisors to coordinate daily operations. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting, and willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions.

Job description

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.


Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.



  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Starting Pay $22.98 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
