Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical skills to review reports.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping and HR processes.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel to meet production and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure pallet specs and quality control.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Help team meet daily production goals with clear direction.
• Prepare reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain pallet inventory.
• Manage shift transitions and workspace setup.
• Collaborate with location management on training needs.
• Maintain communication with internal/external management teams.
• Ensure customer quality standards and service expectations are met.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly production goals.
• Review daily/weekly reports for improvements.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll data submission for employees.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain staff.
• Support cost control, waste reduction, quality, and on-time delivery.
