Job summary

PLA Supply Chain Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the Day Shift in Commerce City, CO. You will lead a production team, ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations while coordinating with facility management to meet daily goals.

The role offers a structured pay progression and comprehensive benefits. Day hours run Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with a clear path for advancement and strong teamwork expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (preferred but not required).
• 6+ months of experience in a leadership or similar role.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and meet production goals.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external partners.
• Experience with employee relations, including scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and HR processes.
• Strong understanding of operational standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Training Personnel: Guide and develop your team to ensure they meet production and safety standards.
• Conducting Inspections: Ensure pallets meet customer specifications and maintain quality control.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Production Goals: Help your team meet daily production goals by providing clear direction and setting priorities.
• Reporting: Prepare reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate pallet inventory.
• Shift Transitions: Responsible for smooth transitions between shifts and the setup of work areas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with location management to identify and address any operational or safety training needs.
• Establishes and maintains consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams.
