Job summary

We Pack Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Maxton, NC. The role directs activities of workers handling receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing facility. The position offers a full-time schedule, typically 7am–3:30pm, with potential extended hours based on demand.

Starting pay is $83k–$103k per year, negotiable by experience. Responsibilities include planning workloads, coordinating with maintenance and contractors, ensuring safety and productivity, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
